These stylish chopping board sets feature a stainless steel case and 4 colour-coded boards with tabs to help improve hygiene and prevent cross-contamination.
Index™ Steel is a version of the now iconic Joseph Joseph colour-coded chopping board set which boasts all the same useful features but comes with a fingerprint-proof stainless steel case.
Each of the cutting boards feature index-style tabs to indicate which food type they should be used for – raw meat, vegetables, fish and cooked food. All boards have non-slip feet and sloped edges to catch any stray food and juices. They also have knife-friendly cutting surfaces and the case has a non-slip base.
Care & Use: Chopping boards – dishwasher safe. Storage case – wipe clean with a damp cloth. Index™ chopping boards are especially kind to knives and will not blunt their blades. Like all plastic chopping boards they will mark slightly during use.
