How Do I Make A Purchase

You can browse our website by Designer or by Category and can use different filters to help ease your search. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select it and click on the ADD TO CART button. You can review the items in your Shopping Cart by clicking on the shopping bag icon on top of the page. You can also choose to remove items from that list. Once you are sure of all the items in your cart, you can click on PLACE ORDER to complete your order.

Do I Need To Set Up An Account To Place An Order?

You can shop at STUDIO COLLEKTIF without creating an account.
However, if you register with us, you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

Do You Offer Same Day Delivery In Lebanon?

If you live in Lebanon, and place your order before 12 am, you can receive same day delivery, depending on the delivery address.

Is My Package Insured And Do I Need To Sign For My Order?

All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from STUDIO COLLEKTIF to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery.

How Much Duties And Taxes Will I Have To Pay?

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination.

The product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. So once your order arrives at its destination you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package.

How Do I Return Or Exchange An Item?

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exchange it. Returns outside this time period will not be accepted.

You need to send us an e-mail on info@studiocollektif.com specifying your name and order number, explaining the reason for the return. All returns should be requested before you send your items back to us, to allow easy identification and prompt processing.

After your request has been approved, you will receive a detailed e-mail with the instructions to follow to return the product.

Unidentified returns will be returned to the sender.

You are liable for any shipping and taxes and duties that will be incurred with the return of the product.

Please take care while trying on items. The product has to be returned new, unused and with all the garment tags still attached, and will all the related designer packaging items such as dust bags, and boxes. Where provided, authenticity cards, should also be included with your return.

Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and sent back to you. Repeated returns will be monitored and could be refused at our discretion.

Upon receipt of your products, we will issue store credit within 30 days for the amount of the purchase, excluding any shipment or customs fees.

How Do I Buy A Gift Card?

Gift Cards

You can buy a STUDIO COLLEKTIF GIFT CARD by selecting GIFT CARDS in the drop-down menu. You can decide to purchase a printed or a virtual gift card.

Printed gift cards are shipped to the recipient, whereas virtual gift cards are e-mailed directly to the recipient.
You simply choose the amount, enter the recipient’s name (address or e-mail address for virtual gift cards), you can include a personal message and then proceed to purchase.

  • Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
  • Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products on the STUDIO COLLEKTIF site.
  • Gift Cards are non-transferable, can only be used on the STUDIO COLLEKTIF site for which they are issued and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
  • If your order total is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will be credited to your account and will be redeemed against subsequent orders. You may check your Gift Card balance online via your My Account page.
  • If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card and you have existing store credit on your account, this will automatically be redeemed to cover the remaining balance. All remaining balances exceeding the value of your gift credit or store credit must be paid by credit or debit card.
  • If you return products you have purchased using a Gift Card, the remaining balance will be credited to your account as store credit and will be redeemed against subsequent orders. You may check your Store Credit balance online via your My Account page.
  • Virtual Gift Cards will be e-mailed to the recipient once the full order has been processed and payment has been taken. A copy will also be sent to the sender as confirmation of dispatch.
  • STUDIO COLLEKTIF is not liable for delivery of a Virtual Gift Card to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
  • STUDIO COLLEKTIF is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
  • STUDIO COLLEKTIF reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if we deem such action necessary.
  • Promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards.
  • Sales tax and shipping is applicable on any products purchased with a STUDIO COLLEKTIF Gift Card.
  • Shipping is applicable on Printed Gift Cards.
